Huge thanks to Dustin who came and towed my car to the tire shop here in Temecula. I hit a curb really hard and my front tire blew out and Dustin was the person who came to the rescue to tow my car. He is a kind, professional, And knowledgeable person. I enjoyed my conversation with him and he also recommended a tire shop close by which worked out perfectly for me to get a new tire on the car. Rancho towing did an amazing job. They showed up on time and are very professional and great service. Thank you Rancho towing and Dustin for job Well done. My experience with this tow company was nothing short of amazing. Having worked in the customer service industry for 20+ years, I recognize excellent customer service. Dustin was very skilled and really personable!! What a great young man that you have employed. He made the whole ordeal of getting my car home stress free. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.
